Meet the TCR fm Team > Colin Marks

Colin Marks

Age: 47, Home town: Tamworth

I am totaly mad about radio from the days of listening to Radio Caroline and Lluxemburge as a kid. Then I went on to get my amatuer radio licence at 18 years old.

I then got the bug for presenting and got involved with Radio Caracker before joining BHBN hospital radio in Birmingham.
After moving from Birminghan I was involved with hospital radio in Nuneaton. After this I decided to give radio a rest but then TCR fm was just beginning and I couldn't help but get involved.

This must qualify me as a anorak!

The best thing about TCR fm for me is everyone can be invoved and can go on air. It's not about being the most profesional radio presenter, it's about the community.

I am allways fluffing what I am saying and don't be surprised if I put the wrong record on! That's just me being myself and I just love it!!
