About Arran Sheppard:
I was born in the Burton hospital, Staffordshire. I have always liked anything to do with music and making things my own. I have always wanted to be either a radio presenter or something involving media. When I heard about 'Total Choice Radio' I was really enthusiastic about joining and thought it could kickstart my radio career.
Music Taste:
I have a wide range of musical tastes. I love anything in the charts. I love playing a wide variety of music, playing chart music from pop to R&B and dance. I'm not sure what the first CD I ever bought was but I can tell you, my CD selfs are looking a little bit dated now. As the newest CD in there is being 'Now Thats What I Call Music 75'. I tend to you MP3's now, there just a fantastic. So I do have a wide range of music tastes, so I won't just be playing music in the charts, I will also play new releases, and slipping in some older hits to.
Favourite Artists:
I have many favourite artists including, Nicki Minaj, Jessie J, Katy Perry, Example, and Ed Sheeran. But I hardly play them on my radio show. I think its more about the year of music, and what the listens want to hear. Not just what I want to play. (Even though what they like, I like to).
Why TCR fm?
Thats a great question, I love everything about the radio. They are very friendly and help you witheverything and anything. I enjoy being with them all and its a great experience being there. I am very grateful of having my very own show, as this is going to help in my career and its what I want to do.
Why Radio?
I don't really know where I got the passion to be a radio presenter from. I really have no clue. As I said above, I loved music from a very early age. An now I have my own show, its what I want to do. Nothing else, I love the excitement and being able to have my very own show. Talk about what I like, talk to the listeners and be able to play requests and the music I like along with what the listeners like.
